    Sending policy

    What we send

Zheat Outbound, a service of Zheat LLC, writes and sends B2B cold email on behalf of its clients. Every message goes to a professional address, about an offer that relates to the recipient's job. We do not email consumers.

    Rules every campaign follows

Whatever the client or the volume, each campaign has to respect these rules:

    • Business contacts only, chosen because their role matches the offer
    • A real sender, a real company name and a postal address in every message
    • A clear way to opt out, honoured within two business days at most
    • Opt-outs added to a suppression list that we apply to every future campaign
    • No misleading subject lines and no fake "Re:" threads
    • No purchased consumer lists, no scraped personal addresses
    • Low daily volumes per inbox, ramped slowly on authenticated domains

    The law we work under

In the United States, campaigns follow CAN-SPAM. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, B2B prospecting relies on legitimate interest under the GDPR, with the right to object offered in the first message. In France, we follow the CNIL rules on B2B prospecting: the message must relate to the recipient's profession and include a simple way to refuse further messages.

We turn down clients and offers that would break these rules.

Opt out or report a message

Reply to any of our messages with a word like "stop" or "unsubscribe" and you will not hear from that campaign again. You can also write to rjcarrere@zheat.dev with the address that received the message.

If a message looks abusive or misleading, forward it with its full headers to the same address. We will check it, stop the sending if it breaks this policy, and tell you what we did.
