Who we are

Site visitors and clients

When you book a call or email us, we process what you give us (name, email, company, message) to reply and to run the work you ask for. The site may keep standard security logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics (pages viewed, browser, approximate location).

People we contact for clients

To run campaigns, we process professional data: name, work email, job title, company, and public information about the company. It comes from public professional sources and B2B data providers.

Campaigns are sent from domains registered in the client's name. For that data the client is the controller and we act as its processor, under a written agreement. The legal basis is legitimate interest in B2B prospecting.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not reuse one client's prospect data for another client. Opt-outs are the exception: we keep the address on a suppression list so it is never contacted again.

Retention and your rights

Prospect data is kept for the length of the campaign, then deleted or handed back to the client. Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal duties.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or object to any processing at rjcarrere@zheat.dev. In the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority, which is the CNIL in France.
